Who we are
White Rock Church is a welcoming Christian community committed to sharing hope, faith, and compassion with all. Rooted in The Salvation Army’s mission, we exist to serve our community through spiritual care, meaningful relationships, and practical support for those in need.
We are passionate about creating a space where people of all ages and backgrounds can grow in faith, experience belonging, and discover purpose. Through worship, outreach, and community programs, we strive to reflect God’s love in action and walk alongside individuals and families on their spiritual journey.
Meet your Captains
Captains Dae-Gun Kim and Aejin Jeong have served together in ministry since 2001, bringing a shared passion for faith, community, and service. After joining The Salvation Army in 2012, they have faithfully led congregations across Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Ontario, including the Northeast Circuit, Wetaskiwin Corps, and Yorkwoods Community Church.
In July 2023, they began their ministry at White Rock Community Church, where they continue to serve with dedication and warmth. With strong backgrounds in theology, pastoral leadership, and community outreach, Dae-Gun and Aejin are deeply committed to nurturing spiritual growth and building meaningful connections within the communities they serve.
